Details
I. Product Introduction
This series of grinding aids are liquid products mainly composed of organic surfactants, polyols, sugars, and alkanolamines, with a small amount of inorganic salts as auxiliary materials. They are generally dark brownish-black and non-transparent, with no irritating odor, and do not harm human health or the workability of cement concrete.
The product is a liquid, available in three packaging options: dispersed packaging, ton packaging, and 250kg drums.
Density: (20°C±1℃) 1.10-1.25 (g/cm3)
PH: (20℃±1℃) 8.50-11.0
Solid Content: 40-55 (%)
Recommended Dosage: 0.05%-0.1% of the cement weight
This series of products are divided into three types according to their different effects: JT-DC3 early strength type, JT-DC5 composite type, and JT-DC8 late strength type
II. Scope of Application and Usage Effects
This series of products are mainly suitable for composite silicate cements, fly ash silicate cements, volcanic ash silicate cements, and masonry cements with high content of inactive mixed materials. The improvement effect on strength is better when used with slag cement, ordinary cement, and silicate cement.
When used in cement production, under the condition that the total moisture content of the raw materials is not more than 2.0%, and the cement quality and fineness control indicators are basically the same, this series of grinding aids can reduce the clinker consumption in cement by ≥5% and increase the mill output per unit time by ≥8%.
For early strength type products, used in cement production, under the condition that the cement ratio and fineness control indicators are basically the same, it can increase the 3-day compressive strength of cement by more than 4.0 MPa, and the water demand increase of standard consistency cement is <0.5%.
For composite type products, used in cement production, under the condition that the cement ratio and fineness control indicators are basically the same, it can increase the 3-day compressive strength of cement by more than 3.0 MPa and the 28-day compressive strength by more than 5.0 MPa, and the water demand increase of standard consistency cement is <0.5%.
For late strength type products, used in cement production, under the condition that the cement ratio and fineness control indicators are basically the same, it can increase the 28-day compressive strength of cement by more than 8.0 MPa, and the water demand increase of standard consistency cement is <0.5%.

IV. Characteristics of Cement Using This Grinding Aid
1. The fluidity of the cement powder will increase;
2. The flowability of the cement mortar will slightly increase;
3. The water requirement for standard consistency will vary depending on the amount and type of mixed materials;
4. Setting time will generally be extended by 15~30 minutes, and can also be extended for a longer time according to customer needs;
5. The fineness control of the finished cement is sensitive to the 45μm sieve residue.
V. Storage Method and Conditions
This series of grinding aids are weakly alkaline liquids. It is recommended to use plastic storage equipment for airtight storage. The storage equipment should be equipped with a circulation device, and the product should be circulated regularly to ensure product uniformity. The recommended storage temperature is -5℃—40℃.
VI. Adding Method During Use
When no height increase is required for adding, a metering pump can be directly used for metering and adding.
When it is necessary to increase the feeding height of the grinding aid, it is usually added using a two-stage pumping method. The diagram is as follows:
For companies using our grinding aid, we provide customers with storage tanks, related metering devices, and methods for detecting and controlling the feeding amount.
VI. Precautions
1. This grinding aid should be used only after passing inspection. Inspection methods include:
1) A relatively simple method is to test the density, pH value, color, or solid content of the newly arrived grinding aid and a sample of the grinding aid that has been proven qualified after use under the same temperature conditions. When the two are within the error range, they can be considered qualified for use;
2) Using an additive-free cement with a composition identical to the cement being produced, simultaneously using a qualified sample of the grinding aid JT-DC and a sample of the newly arrived grinding aid in the same laboratory to conduct a cement strength admixture test. If the three-day strength of the two is within the error range, then it is qualified; the first method is generally used for continuous use of the grinding aid, and the second method is used only when there is a large discrepancy in the quality of the grinding aid.
2. When transporting and storing barreled grinding aid, prevent dropping, impact, external force compression, and proximity to high temperatures. The stacking height should not exceed two barrels;
3. Before use, check the company's identification before opening the seal, and confirm the product and model are correct before use;
4. This product is mildly corrosive to the skin. After skin contact, rinse with water. Do not ingest;
5. When using this product, if the ambient temperature is below -5℃ for five consecutive days, insulation measures should be taken to prevent the product from crystallizing and affecting normal use;
6. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
