I. Product Introduction

This series of cement raw material grinding aids is a liquid product, generally brownish-brown and non-transparent, with no irritating odor and no harm to human health.

Specifications: 250 kg/barrel, 1 ton/barrel, and bulk packaging are available.

Density: (20℃±1℃): 1.15-1.26 (g/cm3)

pH value: (20℃±1℃): 6~9

Solid content: 36±1 (%)

Product shelf life: 12 months

Recommended dosage: 0.1%-0.2% (m/m) of the mass of cement raw materials

The use of the product in cement raw materials does not affect the composition of cement raw materials.

II. Scope of Application and Effects

III. Storage Methods and Conditions

This series of grinding aids is a weakly alkaline liquid. It is recommended to use plastic or stainless steel equipment for storage. Store in a sealed container. The storage equipment should be equipped with a circulation device, and the product should be circulated regularly to ensure uniformity. The recommended storage temperature is -10℃ to 40℃.

IV. Adding Method During Use

1. When no height increase is required for adding, a metering pump can be directly used for metering and adding;

2. When the height of adding the grinding aid needs to be increased, it is generally added using a two-stage pump.

V. Precautions

(1) This grinding aid should be used after passing inspection. Inspection methods include:

1. Homogeneity inspection: The density, water content, pH value, and color of the newly arrived grinding aid are tested to check whether each indicator is within the allowable error range;

2. Small-scale grinding inspection: Using the same batch of cement raw materials, according to the production ratio of cement raw materials, a comparison is made between qualified grinding aid and newly arrived grinding aid. For each grinding aid, grind for 2 times, discard the first grinding, and use the second grinding for various indicator tests. If the 80μm sieve residue of cement raw materials is within the range of ±0.5%, it is considered qualified;

When continuously using the grinding aid, the first method is generally adopted, and the second method is only adopted when there is a significant difference in the quality of the grinding aid.

(2) When handling and storing barreled grinding aids, prevent dropping, smashing, external force squeezing, and proximity to high temperatures. The stacking height should not exceed two barrels;

(3) Before use, check the company's identification and then open the seal to confirm that the product and model are correct before use;

(4) This product has mild corrosive properties to the skin. After skin contact, rinse with water, and do not ingest;

(5) When using this product, if the ambient temperature is continuously below -5℃ for 5 days, insulation measures should be taken to prevent the product from increasing in viscosity and affecting normal use.
