 JT-IICS Series Grinding Aids

 Product Characteristics:

 Liquid

 Specifications: 250 kg/barrel, 1 ton/barrel, and bulk packaging are available.

 Density (21℃) ≈1.18±0.02 (g/cm3)

 PH value: ≈8～10

 Solid content: 50～70 (%)

 Product Shelf Life: 12 months

 The use of this product in cement does not affect the cement shelf life.

Recommended Dosage: 0.02—0.05% (m/m)
Scope of Application and Effects:

Mainly suitable for composite cement, slag cement, fly ash cement, and can also be used for silicate cement and ordinary Portland cement.
When used in composite cement, with the moisture content of the raw materials not exceeding 2.0%, this grinding aid can increase the mill output and reduce the clinker consumption.
When the 45μm fineness remains unchanged, the output can be increased by about 15%;
When the strength and mill output remain basically unchanged, the clinker can be reduced by 6-8%, replaced by an equal amount of supplementary cementitious materials.
Similar effects are observed when used in slag cement and fly ash cement.
Characteristics of Cement Using This Grinding Aid:
1. The flowability of cement powder will increase;
2. The flowability of cement mortar will slightly increase;
3. The water demand for standard consistency will slightly decrease (when the type and amount of supplementary cementitious materials are the same);
4. The setting time will slightly shorten;
5. The 45μm residue of cement will decrease, while the specific surface area will not increase. The 45μm residue is used to control the fineness of the finished product.
