Product Characteristics: Liquid

Specifications: 250kg/barrel, 1 ton/barrel, and bulk packaging are available.

Density (25℃) ≈1.18±0.03 (g/cm3)

pH value: ≈8.25～9.5

Solid content: 35～45 (%)

Shelf life: 12 months

Using this product in cement does not affect the shelf life of the cement.

Recommended dosage: 0.05—0.13％ (m/m)

Application Range and Effects:

Mainly applicable to composite cement, slag cement, fly ash cement, and volcanic ash cement. It can also be used for silicate cement and ordinary Portland cement.

When used in composite cement, under the condition that the moisture content of the raw materials entering the mill is not more than 2.0%, this grinding aid can increase the mill's hourly output and reduce the clinker consumption.

When the fineness of 45um remains unchanged, the output can be increased by more than 10%;

When the strength and mill output remain basically unchanged, 6-10% of the clinker can be reduced and replaced with an equal amount of blended materials.

Similar effects are achieved when used in slag cement, fly ash cement, and volcanic ash cement.

Characteristics of Cement Using This Grinding Aid:

1. The fluidity of the cement powder will increase;

2. The flowability of the cement mortar will slightly increase;

3. The water requirement for standard consistency will slightly decrease (when the type and amount of supplementary cementitious materials are the same);

4. The setting time will slightly extend by about 15～40 minutes;

5. It is recommended to control the fineness of the finished product using a 45um sieve residue; the sieve residue will decrease, but the specific surface area will not increase.
