I. Product Introduction
This series of grinding aids are liquid products mainly composed of organic surfactants and alkanolamines, with other alcohols as auxiliary components. They are generally brownish-transparent, odorless, and do not harm human health or the workability of cement concrete.
Specifications: 250 kg/barrel, 1 ton/barrel, and bulk packaging.
Density: (20℃±1℃) 1.15-1.25 (g/cm³ )
PH value: (20℃±1℃) 8~10
Solid content: 50~70 (%)
Product shelf life: 12 months. The use of this product in cement does not affect the shelf life of the cement.
Recommended dosage: 0.02—0.05% (m/m) of the cement weight.
II. Scope of Application and Usage Effects
This series of products are mainly suitable for Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, composite Portland cement, slag Portland cement, fly ash Portland cement, masonry cement, and volcanic ash Portland cement.
According to their functions, they are classified into early-strength type, late-strength type, high-output type, and comprehensive type products.
Early-strength type products, used in cement production, can increase the 3-day compressive strength of cement by more than 4.0 MPa under basically consistent cement ratio and fineness control indicators, and the increase in cement standard consistency water demand is <0.5%;
Late-strength type products, used in cement production, can increase the 28-day compressive strength of cement by more than 8.0 MPa under basically consistent cement ratio and fineness control indicators, and the increase in cement standard consistency water demand is <0.5%;
High-output type products, used in the tube mill cement production process, can increase the mill output by more than 15% under basically consistent cement ratio and fineness control indicators;
Comprehensive type products, used in the cement production process, can reduce the clinker consumption by more than 6% under basically consistent cement ratio and fineness control indicators, increase the admixture content by the same proportion, and increase the output by more than 8%;

IV. Characteristics of Cement Using This Grinding Aid
1. The fluidity of the cement powder will increase;
2. The fluidity of the cement mortar will slightly increase;
3. The standard consistency water demand will slightly change (when the type and amount of admixture are the same);
4. The setting time will slightly shorten;
5. The 45μm residue of the cement will decrease, while the specific surface area value will not increase. The 45μm residue is used to control the fineness of the grinding.
V. Storage Method and Conditions
This series of grinding aids are weakly alkaline liquids. It is recommended to use plastic storage equipment for sealed storage. The storage equipment should be equipped with a circulation device, and the product should be circulated regularly to ensure uniformity. The recommended storage temperature is -10℃-40℃.
VI. Adding Method During Use
When there is no need to increase the height of addition, a metering pump can be directly used for metering and adding;
When it is necessary to increase the feeding height of the grinding aid, a two-stage pumping method is generally used, as shown in the following diagram:

VII. Precautions
1. This grinding aid should be used after passing inspection. Inspection methods include:
(1) A simple method is to check the density, PH value, and color, or solid content of the newly arrived grinding aid and the retained sample of the already proven qualified grinding aid under the same temperature conditions. When the two are within the error range, it can be considered qualified for use;
(2) Using an additive-free cement with the same composition as the cement used in production, conduct cement strength blending tests in the same laboratory using both a proven qualified grinding aid sample JT-IICS and a sample of newly arrived grinding aid. If the three-day strength of the two is within the error range, it is considered qualified. The first method is generally used for continuous use of grinding aids; the second method is only used when there is a significant discrepancy in the quality of the grinding aid.
2. When transporting and storing the grinding aid in drums, prevent dropping, smashing, external force compression, and proximity to high temperatures. The stacking height should not exceed two drums.
3. Before use, check the company's identification before opening the seal, and confirm the product and model are correct before use.
4. This product is mildly corrosive to the skin. In case of skin contact, rinse with water. Do not ingest.
5. When using this product, if the ambient temperature is continuously below -5℃ for five consecutive days, insulation measures should be taken to prevent increased product viscosity from affecting normal use.
6. Shelf life: 12 months.
