I. Product Introduction
This series of grinding aids are liquid products mainly composed of alkanolamine, polymeric polyol, sugar and other substances, with a small amount of inorganic salts as auxiliary materials. They are generally dark brown and non-transparent, with no irritating smell, and do not harm human health or the performance of cement concrete.
Specifications: 250 kg/barrel, ton/barrel, and bulk packaging.
Density: (20℃±1℃): 1.22±0.03 (g/cm3)
PH value: (20℃±1℃): 8.25~9.5
Solid content: 35~45 (%)
The use of this product in cement does not affect the shelf life of the cement.
Recommended dosage: 0.05%—0.10% (m/m) of the cement weight
II. Applicable Scope and Use Effect:
This series of products are mainly suitable for Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, composite Portland cement, fly ash Portland cement, volcanic ash Portland cement and slag Portland cement, and can also be used for masonry cement.
According to their functions, they are divided into early strength type, late strength type, high-output type, comprehensive type, and retarding type products.
Early strength type products, used in cement production, under the condition that the cement ratio and fineness control indicators are basically consistent, can increase the 3-day compressive strength of cement by more than 4.0 MPa, and the increase in water demand for cement standard consistency is <0.5%;
Late strength type products, used in cement production, under the condition that the cement ratio and fineness control indicators are basically consistent, can increase the 28-day compressive strength of cement by more than 8.0 MPa, and the increase in water demand for cement standard consistency is <0.5%;
High-output type products, used in the tube mill production of cement, under the condition that the cement ratio and fineness control indicators are basically consistent, can increase the output of the cement mill by more than 15%;
Comprehensive type products, used in cement production, under the condition that the cement ratio and fineness control indicators are basically consistent, can reduce the clinker consumption by more than 6%, increase the admixture content by the same proportion, and increase the output by more than 8%;
Retarding type products, used in the production of retarding cement, under the condition that the cement ratio and fineness control indicators are basically consistent, the initial and final setting times can be extended by more than 120 minutes, and the 3-day and 28-day compressive strengths of cement increase by more than 0.5 MPa.
III. Use Cases

IV. Characteristics of Cement Using This Grinding Aid:
1. The fluidity of the cement powder will increase;
2. The flow of cement mortar will slightly increase;
3. The water requirement for standard consistency will slightly change (when the type and amount of admixture added are the same);
4. The setting time will be slightly extended, by about 30 minutes, and can be adjusted according to customer needs;
5. It is recommended to control the fineness of the finished product using 45μm residue, the residue will decrease, but the specific surface area will not increase.
V. Storage Methods and Conditions
This series of grinding aids is a weakly alkaline liquid. It is recommended to use plastic containers for airtight storage. The storage equipment should be equipped with a circulation device, and the product should be circulated regularly to ensure uniformity. The recommended storage temperature is -5℃—40℃.
VI. Adding Methods During Use
When it is not necessary to raise the addition height, a metering pump can be used for metering and adding;
When it is necessary to raise the feeding height of the grinding aid, the two-stage pumping method is generally used for adding, as shown in the following diagram:

VI. Precautions
1. This grinding aid should be used after passing inspection. Inspection methods include:
1) A simple method is to detect the density, PH value, and color, or solid content, of the newly arrived grinding aid and the sample of the grinding aid that has been proven to be qualified after use under the same temperature conditions. When the two are within the error range, it can be considered qualified for use;
2) Use an additive-free cement with a ratio identical to that of cement production. Simultaneously, in the same laboratory, use the qualified sample JT-2T and a sample of the newly arrived grinding aid to conduct cement strength mixing tests. When the three-day strength of the two is within a 5% error range, it is considered qualified; when using the grinding aid continuously, the first method is generally used, and the second method is used only when there is a significant discrepancy in the quality of the grinding aid.
2. When handling and storing barrelled grinding aids, prevent dropping, smashing, external force compression, and proximity to high temperatures. The stacking height should not exceed two barrels;
3. Check the company's logo before opening the seal to confirm that the product and model are correct before use;
4. This product has slight skin corrosiveness. After skin contact, rinse with water and do not ingest;
5. When using this product, if the ambient temperature is continuously below -5℃ for 5 days, insulation measures should be taken to prevent product crystallization from affecting normal use.
6. Shelf life: 12 months
