Zongshen PCA series products (pumping agents) can provide customers with optimized personalized products and technical solutions according to the actual engineering needs. This series of products can significantly reduce the water-cement ratio, save cement consumption, improve concrete strength and durability; significantly improve the slump retention capacity of concrete, improve workability, reduce pumping viscosity, improve pumping construction efficiency and quality; and have strong adaptability to cement and mineral admixtures, and low sensitivity.

This product refers to GB/T8076-2008 "Concrete Admixtures", GB/T8077-2012 "Concrete Admixture Uniformity Test Methods", and JG/T223-2007 "Polycarboxylate-based High-Performance Water Reducer" standards.

 

I. Technical Indicators

1. High water reduction rate: The water reduction rate of the product is 20-30%, which can meet the water reduction rate requirements of different grades of concrete.

2. Excellent adaptability: Good compatibility with different types of cement and admixtures, and good temperature adaptability;

3. Low slump loss: Conforms to the standards for pumping agents, with significantly reduced slump loss;

4. High durability: Effectively reduces the water-cement ratio of concrete, improves durability, and reduces shrinkage and creep;

5. Indicators: Solid content 10±2%, water reduction rate ≥20%, density 1.06±0.02kg/m³

V. Usage

1. The dosage range of this product is 1.8-2.2% (based on the amount of cementitious materials). The optimal dosage can be determined within the recommended range according to the adaptability with cement, temperature changes, and concrete slump requirements.

2. When calculating the water consumption of concrete, the water content in the liquid agent should be deducted.

3. When using this product, the adaptability with cement should be tested in advance according to the concrete mix design.

VI. Packaging and Storage

1. Tank trucks can be used for transportation; 1000kg/barrel in plastic barrels; special packaging can also be made according to customer requirements.

2. The shelf life of this product is one year. If there is any precipitation within the warranty period, it can be used after stirring, and it will not affect the effect.

VII. Precautions

1. Compatibility tests should be conducted when the cement type is updated or new cement is introduced.

2. For concrete requiring retarding, the setting time should be tested in advance according to the concrete mix design.

3. The correct dosage must be used according to the test mix ratio, and during concrete pouring, operations must be strictly performed according to construction specifications.

4. During winter construction, the cement content of concrete should be adjusted appropriately to improve the early strength of concrete.

5. As with conventional concrete projects, curing must be strengthened according to construction specifications.
