JT-FPCA antifreeze polycarboxylate water reducer provides individual products and technical solutions for customers' winter construction. This series of products can greatly reduce the water-binder ratio of concrete, improve the early strength and durability of concrete; improve workability, reduce pumping viscosity, improve pumping construction efficiency and construction quality; have strong adaptability to cement and mineral admixtures , the sensitivity is low.
This product refers to the implementation of JC475-2004 "Concrete Antifreeze", GB/T8076-2008 "Concrete Admixture", GB/T8077-2012 "Concrete Admixture Homogeneity Test Method", JG/T223-2007 "Polycarboxylate series" "High-performance water reducing agent" and GB50119-2013 "Technical Specifications for the Application of Concrete Admixtures".
1. Technical indicators
1. High water reduction rate: The water reduction rate of the product is 20-30%, which can meet the requirements of different grades of concrete water reduction rate.

5. Instructions
1. The dosage range of this product is 2.0-3.0% (calculated by the amount of cementitious material), and the optimum dosage can be adjusted within the recommended range according to the change of temperature and the requirements of concrete slump.
2. When calculating the water consumption of concrete, the water in the liquid agent should be deducted.
3. When using this product, the compatibility with the cement should be checked in advance according to the concrete trial mix.
6. Packaging and storage
1. It can be transported by tanker; plastic barrels 1000kg/barrel; special packaging can also be made according to user requirements.
2. The warranty period of this product is one year. If there is any precipitation during the warranty period, it will be used after stirring, which will not affect the effect.
7. Precautions
1. When the cement variety is updated or the cement is newly introduced, the compatibility test with the cement should be carried out.
2. The correct amount must be added according to the test mix ratio. When pouring concrete, it should be operated in strict accordance with the construction specifications.
3. When the temperature is lower than -10 ℃, in order to improve the early strength of concrete, the amount of cement in the concrete should be adjusted appropriately.
