JT-FPCA antifreeze polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a personalized product and technical solution provided to customers for winter construction. This series of products can significantly reduce the water-cement ratio of concrete, improve the early strength and durability of concrete; improve workability, reduce pumping viscosity, improve pumping efficiency and construction quality; and has strong adaptability to cement and mineral admixtures, and low sensitivity.

This product refers to and implements JC475-2004 "Concrete Antifreeze", GB/T8076-2008 "Concrete Admixtures", GB/T8077-2012 "Concrete Admixture Homogeneity Test Method", JG/T223-2007 "Polycarboxylate High-Performance Water Reducer", GB50119-2013 "Concrete Admixture Application Technology Specification" standards.

I. Technical Indicators

1. High water reduction rate: The product's water reduction rate is 20-30%, which can meet the water reduction rate requirements of different grades of concrete.

2. Excellent adaptability: Good compatibility with different types of cement and admixtures, and good temperature adaptability.

3. Low slump loss: Meets the standards for pumping agents, with significantly reduced slump loss.

4. High durability: Effectively reduces the water-cement ratio of concrete, improves durability, and reduces shrinkage and creep.

5. Indicators: Solid content 10±2%, water reduction rate ≥20%, density 1.06±0.02kg/m³.

II. Homogeneity Indicators

According to the product's performance indicators and user requirements, it conforms to national, industry, and enterprise standards.

III. Application Range

This product is suitable for nuclear power, hydropower, bridges, high-speed rail, high-rise buildings, municipal and civil engineering fields at home and abroad, as well as concrete for key projects and special requirements.

V. Usage

1. The dosage range of this product is 2.0-3.0% (based on the amount of cementitious materials). The optimal dosage can be adjusted within the recommended range according to changes in temperature and concrete slump.

2. When calculating the water consumption of concrete, the water content in the liquid agent should be deducted.

3. When using this product, the compatibility with cement should be tested in advance according to the concrete mix design.

VI. Packaging and Storage

1. Tank trucks can be used for transportation; 1000kg/barrel plastic drums; special packaging can also be provided according to customer requirements.

2. The product has a one-year quality guarantee period. If there is any precipitation within the quality guarantee period, use it after stirring, which will not affect the effect.

VII. Precautions

1. Compatibility tests should be conducted when cement types are updated or new cement is introduced.

2. The correct dosage must be used according to the test mix ratio, and during concrete pouring, operations must strictly follow construction specifications.

3. At temperatures below -10℃, the cement content of the concrete should be adjusted appropriately to improve the early strength of the concrete.

5. As with conventional concrete engineering, curing must be strengthened according to construction specifications.
